Founder & Creator

Veronica Allende, Ed.D.

Dr. Allende is a Virtual Assistant whose work is informed by experience in education leadership, compliance, and project coordination.

Dr. Allende is an advocate for inclusive, student-centered learning and effective leadership, with a background spanning education, administration, and compliance. Her work is grounded in creating organized, equitable, and supportive systems, an approach she now brings to both educational content and personalized Virtual Assistant Services that help individuals turn ideas into action.

Dr. Allende has served as a K-12 classroom teacher, Director of Student Services, compliance officer, school-based administrator, and state-level education specialist. Her responsibilities have included:
- Teaching across all K-12 grade levels and subject areas, adapting instruction to diverse learners
- Overseeing and monitoring compliance for Titles I, III, IV, and Section 504
- Coordinating audits and serving as Title IX Coordinator and McKinney-Vento liaison
- Supervising teachers, leading teams, and providing professional development for faculty and staff
- Educating adult learners and supporting the implementation of district- and state-wide policies
- Contributing to assessment and accountability initiatives as a specialist and assistant project manager with FLDOE
Together, these roles reflect Dr. Allende’s strength in organization, systems thinking, communication, and project management; skills that directly inform her work providing reliable Virtual Assistant support.
Bilingual in English and Spanish, Dr. Allende integrates cross-cultural awareness into her leadership and teaching approach. Her work reflects a global perspective, informed by travel and participation in international education programs:

From Classroom to Collective Learning

2000 - When It All Began

Entered the classroom as an elementary school teacher and continued teaching in K-12 settings, learning firsthand how students, educators, and systems shape one another.
2005 - Awarded an International Learning Fellowship

Awarded the Japan Fulbright Memorial Fund Scholarship, expanding my understanding of global education systems, cross-cultural exchange, and international approaches to teaching and learning.
2008 - Selected for Transatlantic Study

Selected as a Transatlantic Outreach Program (TOP) Fellow in Germany, deepening my engagement with civic education, democratic institutions, and comparative education models.
2010 - Awarded a Fulbright-Hays Seminars Abroad Fellowship

Awarded the Fulbright-Hays Seminars Abroad Fellowship in Mexico, focusing on educational equity, language access, and culturally responsive practices within diverse learning communities.
2012 - Selected Again for Transatlantic Outreach

Selected for a second time as a Transatlantic Outreach Program (TOP) Fellow in Germany, strengthening my leadership perspective and systems-level understanding of education, policy, and curriculum.
2013-2019 - Broadening Leadership & Institutional Impact

Served in education specialist, instructional, and compliance-focused roles, providing professional development and engaging in ongoing professional learning through conferences and trainings.
2019 - Doctorate in Leadership & Management

Earned an Ed.D. in Leadership and Management, formalizing years of professional practice into a research-driven approach to organizational learning, leadership development, and continuous improvement.
2019-present - Integrating Research and Practice

Applied research and professional experience to develop resources supporting onboarding, coordination, compliance, training, and audit processes across ESE, ESOL, Section 504, and student services.
2025 - Launch of Collective Learning & HealthWealth.

Launched Collective Learning and HealthWealth, bringing together education, wellness, practical tools, and Virtual Assistant Services.
