  • Dr. Allende has served as a K-12 classroom teacher, Director of Student Services, compliance officer, school-based administrator, and state-level education specialist. Her responsibilities have included:

    • Teaching across all K-12 grade levels and subject areas, adapting instruction to diverse learners

    • Overseeing and monitoring compliance for Titles I, III, IV, and Section 504

    • Coordinating audits, serving as Title IX Coordinator and McKinney-Vento liaison

    • Coaching teachers, leading teams, and providing professional development for faculty and staff

    • Educating adult learners and supporting the implementation of district- and state-wide policies

    • Contributing to assessment and accountability initiatives as a specialist and assistant project manager with FLDOE

    Together, these roles reflect Dr. Allende's strengths in leadership, organization, communication, and systems thinking. These experiences continue to inform her work developing educational content, sharing practical strategies, and supporting educators through Collective Learning.
