I’m Dr. Veronica Allende, but my students and families call me Dr. A. I’m an experienced K-12 educator providing personalized reading tutoring for students who need additional support developing their reading skills and confidence. My background includes teaching, school leadership, exceptional student education, ESOL, intervention, and student support services. Tutoring is tailored to each student’s individual needs, with focused instruction designed to strengthen skills, address learning gaps, and support continued growth. Sessions are available locally in Jacksonville, Florida, and virtually for students outside the area.

Prefixes, suffixes, and roots
Academic vocabulary
